NOTHING GOLD CAN STAY by Robert Frost

Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

The new MLB Opus in New York Times

Very interesting article.  Read more about it here

There are 2 versions:  One for $3,000 and the second for $295.

See previous post for MLB here.   Other press:  LA MLB Opus Warming Party

By the way, those purchasing the MLB Opus, you can get quality customized bookstands to hold your MLB Opus from Bookstand World, who was commissioned by Kraken Opus for another Opus Series.

Hey Karl Fowler,

How about finishing:
1.  The Prince: 21 Nights Opus or refunding the customers $2,100.00 EACH who paid you LAST APRIL (2009) for their orders.
2.  The deliveries of The Official Michael Jackson Opus from orders made beginning LAST AUGUST (2009) and replacements for the ones that arrived damaged, as promised!
3. The payment to Mr. Frank Parker for the order you placed with him for CUSTOM BOOK STANDS and then stiffed him!

It seems it would benefit you to complete the outstanding business deals you have before you take on new ones.

Have you shared your MJ Memories?

Sony is looking to get 1 million memories of Michael posted.  Today, they stand at 358,510.  Have you shared your memories?

Please go to this link and fill yours out today.  Then share it with all your MJ friends.  Let's show the world (and Sony) what Michael means to us!

Another place to file complaint

Many are asking me where to file complaints about the Opus Augmented Reality portion of our purchase, as advertised, that has yet to be received.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has posted a new link for another agency to file complaints against companies outside the US.  They offer several languages to file the complaint in.

It's called EConsumer.gov

If you previously filed a complaint with the FTC, or you are wanting to file a complaint, please use the link above.

Here is some of the information you might need to file your complaint.

Cyveillance

I see you.

There's no infringement here and nothing for you to sell to RIAA. Go away.

Corporate info on Cyveillance.
Article on RIAA (and other things)

And they've seen this post. Message sent and received. If it is an MJ fan, I'm sorry. Please use another ISP as I'm sure you can understand why someone would be concerned after seeing your corporate visit. Thanks!

Fans became friends over MJ Opus

December 18, 2009.

From that day forward, many of our lives changed.  Our friends lists grew.  Our worlds expanded outside our communities or countries.  We learned of new lands we'd never heard of or only read in history books.  We met people of many nationalities and languages.  Our translator software started working in overtime.  As we watched the news, disasters around the world became personal.  We learned the reasons for holidays we never before experienced.  We learned while our weather was in one season, people on the other side of the world were having the polar opposite.  We shared memories of a common man:  Michael Jackson.  But there was something that would bond us quickly in addition to our L.O.V.E. for Michael:

The Official Michael Jackson Opus.

Neverland a (California) State PARK? UPDATE

What the............bleep!

A state park?  Seriously?  Read the whole article on HuffingtonPost.com but here's the interesting part (for me):

WATW-R ACTION: New Orleans in honor of MiMi

We have talked about it on this blog.  We've chatted about it in email.  I've had it on my to do list for months.  Six months to be exact, ever since Haiti's devestating earthquake.  They just passed the 6 month anniversary this week.  WATW-R (We are the World-Report) was thought of and named after the group of us, MJ fans from around the world, starting talking about joining together to report on things in our own countries, so that when help was needed, we could all rise to help.

The first time I realized the new friends in my life was when our first thoughts after hearing of the earthquake in Chile, were of the safety of Byfepo and Paly. The time has come for us to take our first step.  Baby step, fine.  We must take the step.

The Opus issues were time consuming, but they should not have been our primary focus.  That is my fault.  Time was of the essence to get the MJ Opus into the hands of the customers who paid money for them, but helping our fellow brothers and sisters should ALWAYS be our NUMBER ONE priority.

So, today we start a new day.  A new leaf.  Here's our first official action!  Our IACOP member living in this region is MiMi.  Many of you don't know who the team was who helped me so much with the legal issues regarding Opus.  It was MiMi.   In her honor and as a heartfelt thank you, we are starting with NOLA. (NOLA = New Orleans Louisiana)

Another Opi update!

JUST received an email from a fan-friend in Thailand who is reporting receipt of their Opi (Opus).  FINALLY!

YAY!

A few more (that I know of) to go!

Showbiz411's affectionate term "Jacko" UPDATED

Maybe I ate too many Wheaties this morning, or one of my dogs peed in them while I wasn't looking, but the comment below in an article about Ne Yo, really made my blood boil.

"Ne Yo likens the two videos–which clock in around 8 minutes apiece–to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller.” (Michael, whom we affectionately call Jacko in headlines because it’s short and snappy, folks.)"
Of course I responded! (even though I am subject to moderation and either their moderator has been on a month-long vacation or I'm banned from commenting on his blog now because of this post (after Roger visited my blog site-yup).  Well-- here's what I wrote in case it never appears:

MJFSC offers to clean up Holly Terrace defacing

Major credit really needs to go to MJ's fanclub -- MJFSC (Southern California) - not only for their initiave back in September for offering to take letters and gifts to Forest Lawn on behalf of MJ fans around the world (at their expense for the PO Box), for creating videos to show each of the visits and keeping us updated on news (not media spun) about FL, but now for this:  becoming our heros in immediately stepping up to the plate to clean up the aftermath of a few rotten apples among us.

7/14/2010 12:20 AM PDT by TMZ Staff

An MJ fan club is on a desperate mission to clean up the recent graffiti onslaught outside the King of Pop's tomb -- claiming a few bad apples could spoil everything for MJ's non-vandal followers.

Doves for L.O.V.E.- June 25th

It is not often I eat my words, but it appears I must in this case.

After seeing impromtu interviews and witnessing the release of over 400 doves, I was infuriated-- and very vocal.  Sadly, no where did any of the press that the Dove Release gained mentioned that these doves were all recovered after their release.

According to this Facebook page, every single Dove returned home within an hour of their release.  If it was known upfront, I think more fans (and people who saw the videos) could have enjoyed it, in the spirit it was intended.  But in the end, I offer my apologies for the concern of the Doves without knowing more of the story.

It WAS beautiful, and now knowing they are all safe (and not starving somewhere), I'll rewatch the videos with L.O.V.E.
