According to this MSNBC post, Dr. Conrad Murray, arrived in Los Angeles over the weekend, both for a family event, and to "be available for law enforcement."  Ed Chernoff, one of his attorneys from Houston, is reported to arrive in LA also.

We don't know if this really means charges will be brought, but it sure is closer than we've seen in the past months.

This is an interesting paragraph on what homicide means, from a legal view, according to Ed Chernoff's firm website:

"Homicide: Homicide is the killing of one human being by another. Homicide includes murder and manslaughter, which are unlawful, and the acts of excusable and justifiable homicides, which are lawful. Consequences for the conviction of murder may potentially include: death, life imprisonment without parole, some other amount of jail time with the possibility of parole, or probation depending on the actual crime of which someone is convicted."

Dateline NBC to air special on MJ tomorrow

Dateline NBC, will be airing a special entitled "The Secret Life of Michael Jackson tomorrow, Friday February 5th.

Check local listings if you care to watch.

I'm not sure what to think about it yet. If done with care and honor, it could be wonderful. If done without Michael and especially his children in mind, it could be oh-so-horrible.
