Also in the news is a court hearing to hear Katherine Jackson's safe harbor petition. The petition is to determine whether or not Katherine can object to Team Branca being co-executors without being disinherited.
UPDATE: (Court hearing) The hearing has been postponed to another day. Nothing decided. Anti-climatic... lol
