People magazine's article about the staged intervention by several of Michael's siblings, the 2007 signed denial statement of any such intervention by Katherine and some of his siblings. Tito's claim on July 15, 2009 in fact there was an intervention at Neverland. Ironic note, the sibling 'denial' signatures included Marlon, Jackie, Jermaine and of course, Tito.
Those present at the intervention were Jackie and Tito (both signed above) along with sisters Janet, Rebbie & La Toya, and brother Randy.
Remember, Michael left Neverland after the trial, (betw. June 20 and Sept 2005) for Bahrain. The denial statement was signed in 2007. Also, there are reports of another intervention attempt intervention in Las Vegas circa 2009.
