KRAKEN OPUS: Any of you get this email?

Someone posted this email went out a few days ago from Kraken Opus (for those still waiting to purchase).

Thank you for your query regarding The Official Michael Jackson Opus.

The demand for this publication has been overwhelming, and all remaining copies are being dispatched to customers that have already paid in full. Currently, there are no plans to reprint this Opus so, unfortunately, there are no more copies available to buy.

I LOVE the last line.  Just like them to think ANYONE in their right mind would EVER purchase anything from them again.
BUT I also know this is a line of BS.  Something is happening, just not sure what it is!

    I am Xiaowei Chen from HK, I am the one who already paid in full, but I have not received my MJ Opus yet, and I paid on Jan, 2010!
    Can't they think of refunding the money to me???

  3. Hmmmm...well Babyfacer...let met tell you that you are not the only one waiting...what is more , there are people who paid in full on augost 2009 and havent received their OPUS yet....unfortunatelly Krakens time is not our time...assholes!!!....

    Still waiting to hear on yours (and a few others) who ARE the paid customers. Don't worry-- one way or another-- either refund or getting you the Opus... you WILL get your Opus/money back.

    I hate continuing to say 'be patient' .. but it will get worked out. OK?

  5. Thanks for this update, Cali. This Kraken matter is getting really absurd, inane, insulting! What also blows my mind is Kraken being hoity-toity about the whole thing and launching new products even if this mess is on the Net????!!!@@##!!! Unimaginable too how customers like Babyfacer still have not received their orders when arrangements could have been made (and money and time saved too) to merely send their orders from PRC Mainland where the books were printed through 3 or 4 (I think) HK/Mainland border crosspoints (through Lo Wu, no need to fly even) !!! Deliveries in Asia could have been done from there too.

    Am right here waiting with you, Babyfacer, just less than 2 hours flight from you (am in Manila and I placed my order Nov. 25, 2009). Let's keep the faith which to me includes speaking out NO MATTER WHAT, NO MATTER HOW LONG!

  7. Karl Fowler liquidation.... Please type this into google and you will see that this company went into liquidaion last year only to open again the following day. Karl Fowler and Andy Clay are crooks.... I urge you not to waste your money!
