Jan 7th Opus UK notified Opus' in Port of Los Angeles; Fed Tracking info would be sent Monday Jan 11th, Delivery by January 15th
Jan 11th Opus UK notified computer problems. Fed Ex Tracking info would be sent Tuesday Jan 12th
Jan 14th Cali talked to Andy notified customs problems (similar to Brazil). Fed Ed Tracking would be sent Monday Jan 18th, Delivery January 22nd
Jan 20th Opus UK notified delivery now expected week of Jan 25th
Jan 26th Opus UK notified delivery now expected beginning Wed Feb 3rd
Jan 29th Opus UK notified that Tax ID numbers are needed from each customer and shipment is expected Feb 4th.
Feb 11th Opus UK mass email to customers Opus to be dispatched by Feb 18th
Feb 23rd Opus UK notified delivery delay of 2-3 weeks.

Jan 12th Andy replied shipment early week of Jan. 18th with Fed Ex Tracking info emailed before that.

Jan 18th Andy Opus UK notified Cali his Blackberry rollerball broke over the weekend. Emails backed up due to not being able to work them over the weekend.
Jan 22nd Andy Opus UK notified customer Opus would be sent following week, with Fed Ex Tracking info to be sent by Wed Jan 27th
Jan 27th No Fed Ex Tracking info sent to customer
Feb 1 Andy Opus UK to send Opus week Feb 8th

Jan 11th More problems for Moscow. No customs broker at Fed Ex and Opus are not present for Moscow.
Jan 14th Cali called Andy Opus UK. Waybills would be corrected or a new shipment would be sent. Existing shipment in Russia would be returned.
Jan 20th Opus UK non responsive to request for update.
Jan 29th Opus UK notified books would be reshipped week beginning Feb 2nd

Jan 11th Waybill sent by Opus UK was priced at current retail ($450 local exchange), not pre-order price-- making the Customs fee an additonal $150.
Jan 14th Cali called Andy Opus UK. Waybills would be corrected or a new shipment would be sent. Existing shipment in Ukraine would be returned.
Jan 20th Opus UK non responsive to request for update.

UK customer
Sam ordered December 26th. Opus still not received. Cali notified Andy and Lara Feb 22. Customer has been following up directly with Opus UK until this point.

  1. I live in USA preordered and still haven't received mine. I spoke with Andy and was told I'd get it with-in a week. That was on feb7th. Now I'm not getting replies to my e-mails!!
    VERY POOR CISTOMER SERVICE!
