Latest communications with Karl Fowler, Kraken Opus UK

Karl,
The fans have all noticed you only reply with threat of legal action. I now concur.

YOU promised ME this would be handled within 10-14 business days. That promise was made on March 5th. Today is April 9th and we are only partly through on deliveries. I have been MORE than understanding and patient since January. In fact, I've given you more than the 10 business days-- 30+ days-- to get this resolved. Deliveries, I might add, that were to be made IN DECEMBER! UNacceptable.

I can confirm that Visa International has checked my blog, as they research the charge back claims people are making to request refunds for the purchases. Those requests are being approved. Sony HQ has checked my blog regarding the Artist Edition MJ Opus details. So they are aware of what concerns their Cierge customers have with the discrepancies from the ad to the final product. Ticketmaster Customer Service has checked my blog regarding their customer's complaints for non-delivery. Additionally, complaints are being filed with the Federal Trade Commission. Yup, I've even had some visitors from Guernsey. What a small world!

Immediate response needed. The fact I have had no updates for well over 8 days was not part of the agreeement These customers are waiting for a product, by law, they are entitled to and have not received. No more excuses.

  5. I figured this will be very entertaining and some much needed comedic relief.

    The thing that REALLY made me laugh is-- he NEVER apologized for no one updating me in 8 days. When I first copied him on emails (before I talked to him), he never replied to me until I mentioned my gleaning details on a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the fans.

    We made an agreement - 10-14 days

    Now, 30+ days later-- Opus Reality info missing (see post just below for updated information) ... and STILL over 200+ people I KNOW of that don't have their product... he replies back with saying I'm threatening?

    Pffft.

  20. Good morning everyone. I posted this only to show how funny I really thought it was. I appreciate everyone's concern for the misjudgment Karl used in his reply to me, but I dont want to turn this into a "Karl-bash-fest". That's not what we're about. Please remember that.

    I laughed when I got his email, for a few simple facts. One, this reminds me of a bully who is backed into a corner. WE know we are right, and we will always stand on the side of doing the right thing and always remember who we represent... Michael Jackson.

    Second, he didn't address the issues, just fired back with fear. That's ok. I can take it. I have some pretty thick skin and I know that NOTHING in what I wrote was a threat. So, like with a school-ground bully, "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but your words will never hurt me" comes to mind.

    Last, I doubt very seriously he'll cut communications with me. It would be one of the stupidest things he's ever done in his life.

    So let's lighten this back up and make fun of it with while I continue to get the updates from Andy and get them out to everyone.

    In the meantime too remember to read the post just below this. Your voice is needed.

    The man has a nerve, I must say.
    The truth is, I did contact OMG for a refund. I have sent for about 10 to 15 emails claiming a refund. All I got in response was something like "oh don't worry, we'll get your book sent immediately".
    That meant they were not ready to part with their money, and I cannot really do a chargeback because of the rules of my local bank (which gives only 30 days for a chargeback). So I'm kinda in a corner myself and have no way out but to wait when they do send me my Opus.

    To Karl: You're abusing Michael's legacy by this kind of behavior.

I am now too, and you arw right, the only way to get something done is telling him you are taking legal action. I have a quote from a email he send me, you'll laugh and get ... off at the same time! I want to tell you again how extremely thankful i am to you for keeping up with this "wonderfull' my ass, company!

I mean, those who have studies business management or marketing would know that "A happy customer tells one friend, while an unhappy customer tells everybody". That is how things work. I really wonder has this Karl Fowler ever studied business subjects in his life. Last week I went to a store, and I bought a coffe machine...when I came home I realized that one part of the machine was missing...so, I went to the store again, and there my coffee machine was instantly replaced...Im happy, and drinking a delicious express coffee...is it so difficult to please a customer?...
    It has been a long time since august last year...and we still have some part of the Opus missing...
    I think we as customers are the kings of patience...

    Thanks so much, after waiting for so long, my Opus finally arrived. You are my Angel, if not because of you, I already asked a refund from my creditcard company as I don't have faith with this company lying to me so many times.

    I was so happy to see the tracking number in my email box this morning, and it told me that the parcel might arrive early next week. But to my surprise the courier service in call me just now to confirm the delivery time tomorrow.

    I searched the web (MJ fans forum in China) and found that TM now make refund immediately to those customers who asked for, they said it only takes a few days, but I don't know if it is true. Those who ordered through TM and don't want to wait can try. But of course most of us prefer the book.

  56. Wow, that website is so awe-inspiring! I didn't know that that Karl Fowler looks so repulsive, just like his behaviors! LOL! And Emirates is one of their investors? That's such a shame, 'cause I like this airline, their service is wonderful.

    Talking about business ethics, I don't think they have any. I don't think they know even how to spell the word. Their choice to ignore the majority of customers' emails and the massive delays for which they never explain or apologize would be the most vigorous evidences of their lack of business ethics.

    P.S. Is that guy's name Andy or Andrew Clay? I thought it was Andy.

  74. Velvet, Renata,thanks for your concern for my continued wait for my order.

    Yes, Kraken has not sent my opus but like you and Paly, Gothemburg, Nytram, Patti, Lavender, Chantal, Ana, Nangyoon, Teresa, and others I may have missed (sorry), the more important thing for me now is Cali getting better.

    I realize now that had I received my Opus the day it was promised -- Dec. 18 -- I would not have "met" you nice people. I think God and Michael are a good team for bringing people together. And Cali helped make it possible.

    Kraken's delay and broken promises have really given birth to a new force of L.O.V.E. spanning our various countries. Michael must be dancing with joy.

    Cali, please get better soon so we could all be dancing too, Opus or no Opus (I believe that the copies will all come in due time though). We all miss you.

    You are more than right Lulu, because the most important thing here is that in my personal case ( and I think in everyones ), is that I have met you, a group of beautiful and sweet people: Volos, Paly, Lulu, Renata,Nytram,Gothemburg, Patti,Cali,Lavender, Chantal,Ana,Nangyoon, Teresa ( everyone??..I hope!)     Chantal: Andy didn't answer all my emails, he or Lara only replied me (quite sincerely) whenever I told him I would report it to the creditcard centre for refund, the last email I gave him a deadline then he asked his collegue to send me the copy and apologise in the email too.

    Lulu, you are right, the delay of the book has bought people from different countries together, it's so amazing.Thanks to Cali. Without her I didn't have the faith to wait. Everytime when I worried and wanted to give up waiting, she would check the progress for me and reply me immediately with the progress, she is such a good person. She did so much for us, hope she get well and back here soon.

    Volos. About deliveries in Ukraine, I only know that Andy has sent correct documents again (there were 3 attempts).
    Lulu, MJwithME (Korea) please don’t lose hope. You get Opus soon. Very soon! I’m looking forward to it!!! Volos is absolutely right. Opus makes a journey around the world. Although this travel is rather annoying! Haha

    I agree with everyone above... that at least something good has come from this mess.. meeting all of you and creating new friendships. Who would have ever thought that I would have friends around the world?? That I would have a friend in Argentina who knows my daughters name, or know what movie a friend in Greece saw in the theater on Sunday! And I didn`t even have to leave Canada (LOL.. or my PC for that matter!) Michael always loved bringing people together...and he`s still doing it!

    I am especially glad that I didn`t stop checking on the Opus updates.. even though I did receive mine on December 24 *ducks while others throw things at me* I would have never met you all otherwise! ((Hugs))

    Oh.... and BIG HUGS to Cali for giving us a place to meet and make new friendships! XO

But I feel safe with you guys knowing what F.O.R.C.E has brought us together. Thanks for your concern again, everyone. Not losing hope and am much much better really, Renata. By the way, I am from the Philippines, Volos (am sure some of you will have to look it up; we are a group of 7100 islands in Asia and really a much troubled country).     About Opus... I think they are only delivering RCs by the moment, no books... which, of course, is a shame. And they are wasting their money sending those RCs which are useless...

    I think they should be sueded in UK. I don't know where they learn their business, but they are really messing up everything...

    I hope everyone receive their Opi as soon as possible...

    As for OPUS, i emailed again last friday, tried to call today, no answer, so i'll try again monday and then the letter from my lawyer will follow!

    I have gotten some of my fellow dutch opus owners to file a complaint as well so, lets hope all our complaints help!

    ps. Sorry for my absence this week, but was sick and crazy at home so!!!

    Also i am busy with preparing for my auction im hosting for World Cry so! Busy Busy!!! Kinda cool though, i have gotten about 5 big boxes of very cool stuff to auction off, and then the profit/ money we make, will go to the childrens hospital in forms of new toys and computers for the kids!! Im so excited :):)

After going into liquidation last year, its a joke that this bully can carry on. Come on Gurnsey, open your eyes!!

    Phone the Guernsey Press in Guernsey and do an interview with the editor to show everyone what this nasty man is all about. He has got away with it for too long
