I am however now going to have to send an email to all South American customers asking for their tax ID numbers. I have already jumped through so many paperwork hoops on this and it’s still a problem. I am aiming to gather these ID numbers and ship these next Thursday

I'm from Brazil! I ordered my Opus on September 30th. Unfortunately, until now, I have nothing.  The last email that I sent to Opus was almost a month ago. No answers!! This is a disrespect. They took our money in purchase act.So they must to us,at least,a satisfaction for the delay.  *added 01/11

I sent three emails to Andy and he finally gave me a feedback. This is the answer:
"I am very sorry about the delay and lack of response. I apologise.
I have been working on a delivery solution rto Brazill that allows us to ship in a commercially acceptable way and satisfies customs. This has been a difficult exercise but I will be shipping to you early next week and will provide you with tracking information as soon as I have it.

It looks like my delivery costs will be more than you paid for the Opus because of customs charges. That hoiwever is my problem not yours. We will be looking to ship your Opus and all other orders to Brazil in the next 7 days. I am truly sorry for the delay

I bought my Official MJ Opus on August 29th via ticketmaster, and it was charged immediately. I've read that some people who bought their opus later than that have received their Opus. I've been calling to Opus, I've sent mails to ticketmaster (they answered me) and Opus. But no one give any solution or information.This afternoon I received a mail from a girl in Argentina and she told me that she talked with someone in Opus. The only information she could get was that Opus to South America will be delivered after January 4th. I think is not necessary to tell you how dissapointing is this whole thing, because I bought my book to have received by Christmas, but it didn't arrive. And the worst part is that no one takes responsability about all this mess, and if they say something they forget that some Opus should be delivered to East europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. I just want my book as soon as possible, some explanation for the delay and some kind of compesation like the Opus group offered to the customers of Europe. *added 12/30 (approval granted)

Today I call to Opus, but they didn't have any information about, so hari (the guy which I talked to) told me he called me later with the information. He just sent me an email with my order and it said: "Your MJ Opus will be with you we are expecting before the end of next week – you will receive a tracking number later this week or early next week from FedEx." ...But, I didn't ask him about the delay or any kind of compensation. None of us fans from Denmark have recived our opus's... I know that most of us ordered it in the begining of the pre-order offer around august-september... I got an e-mail from fed-ex on december 17th saying that my shipment was scheduled to be sent on 12/17/2009, and got a tracking number, but using the tracking number it shows that it has yet to be picked up, so unless they are slow at updating, my opus isn't even underway...
I am personally a little anoyed that we did not recive any email from OMG telling us that the shipment was delayed and telling us when to ecpect it. My mother bought 2 opuses as christmas presents for me and my sister and was really upset when she didn't get them on time, and never heard from OMG. She thought that we had once again been victims of MJ hoax artists (this has happened on 2 orcations earlier this year)... Because I have more faith in OMG I calmed her down, and found the statement from OMG online! But I still think it would have been a better move on their part to send e-mails to the afficted countrys.  Now I just hope we get them soon! *added 12/29

Denmark update! Today I finally saw progress on the fedex website... It went from "started" (which it had been saying since the 17th) to "underway", but the part that got me mad is, that it isn't scheduled for delivery until the 11th of january! How does that make sense... At first we where promised delivery before christmas, around the 17th of december, then the shipping was 4 days late due to weather conditions, then another 4 days late due to customs checks... that equals around 8 days late... we where then promised that it would be delivered around the 28th of december... Then today the 30th we finally get the update that it won't come until the 11th of january... that is a 26 day delay, without any explanation, nothing! 8 days are accounted for, but what about the last 18! Bad service!!! *added 12/30

Denmark update: Ohh now I get why it takes fedex an extra 13 days to get my opus to me, they decided that it would be in my opus's best interest, to take a trip around Europe before taking it to Copenhagen... I live in Estonia and ordered my Opus 12th september but I haven't recieved it and I'm really disappointed. I know I live far away from US and China and so on, but then they shouldn't have to promise to deliver it by Christmas. I wrote to Ticketmaster, Kraken Opus customer care and that Andy guy. Ticketmaster said that I will have my opus well before christmas (yeah right!) and Kraken Opus haven't replied. I'm so so so sad, because now my Christmas is a litlle bit ruined..

Hello Cali and everyone here! Estonia is reporting - still no answer from Andy, no tracking number, no OPUS (I ordered it on 12th September). I'm getting really frustrated but it's great to see I'm not alone in this. Thank you, Cali, for the enormous effort you have put in to helping us, I really appreciate it.
(*note from Cali- I left this HUMOR in this post because it still is making me laugh!)
I remembered the movie "Cast Away" where Tom Hanks played a FedEx manager who was delivering packages on Christmas eve (sounds familiar?) when he's plane crashed to a remote island. Tom had to make supplies from the packages in order to survive. I'm starting to think that's what happened to my Opus - Tom Hanks burned it (or worse - used it as toilet paper - sorry for that)

Europe
12/23/0*:  The UK had additional problems. The boat was four days late arriving from China due to the weather and once again Customs held up one container for four days and one for nine days. Now we are faced with terrible weather conditions in UK with the airport FedEx uses closed for two days. This will make the rest of Europe a little late. We expect Europe to receive their OPUS' by the 28th of December. This date is predicated upon current conditions and is not a guarantee but rather our goal.

NOTE FROM CALI: If you live in Europe, you likely know what countries make up "Europe". For those who are like me, and know some but not all, Wikipedia has an article of European Countries by population. It is the closest thing I can find that lists all the countries - and hopefully this is the same as is being referred to.

1/4/10:  Looks like Europe is starting to get tracking numbers.  Some deliveries *appear* to be on/after Jan 8th - look up country specifically if we've heard anything , it'll be posted there.

Well i've emailed 3 times ticketmaster which is responsible for Europe but it was always a failure. I don't know why. I've emailed also Andy twice but i had no response. All i have to do now is to wait as we all European fans do.The bad thing is to wait forever.That's what i'm afraid of.

They told me yesterday that Sri Lanka/India customers would receive the opus copies between 18th Jan - 31st Jan. The books have not been shipped to these parts yet. He also said the tracking number will be mailed by Fedex, not the Kraken Group, and that if I don't receive a tracking number from fedex to call them. *added 01/08

(republic of Ireland) I fully agree!! This is being handled very poorly on behalf of the opus group. I am in the Republic of Ireland, I ordered my opus on November 27th, it was to be a Christmas gift from my girlfriend which I was assured of getting in time for Christmas. The last I heard from the opus group was on the 22nd of December, I sent two emails since then and no response to either of them. Its wrong how there threating their customers, its alot of money to hand out, they are full of false promises and lacking deeply in their customer relations. Once I receive my book I will never be a customer of theirs again and I will happily be spreading the word about this poorly run company. Totally uncalled for, Michael would be very unhappy with the service their providing in his name! I agree fully with cali, this is exactly why Michael got so involved in everything right down to the design of tickets, because he knew thats the only way it would be done with his trademark perfection of everything! *added 01/03/10

"Iam actually preparing an email to send to our New Zealand customers which will be sent tomorrow. New Zealand orders should have been delivered at a similar time to our Australian orders, however I have been informed this week that the shipment of Opuses has been damaged in transit. Without being able to examine the shipment myself I have not been able to commit to delivering any potentially damaged Opuses so I have now arranged an air freight shipment which will arrive in Auckland in the next 3-4 days and be despatched at the start of next week.

Hey there. I ordered mine last November via Ticketmaster USA and had it delivered to the Philippines. I haven't received it yet. It's just way disappointing -- beyond words. I sent e-mails to Kraken Opus through Andy Clay and Ticketmaster. The person who holds the Ticketmaster account on Twitter feels sorry for me but could not do anything more. And now, Amazon is offering the Opus at a special pre-order price. Had I known that Amazon would sell this, I would have waited for it. But Opus announced that it was an exclusive thing and that only Ticketmaster was allowed to sell it. Geez. Hey, Opus, surely you have noticed all these complaints, yes? Then what in the world are you doing about it? You wouldn't want your (bad) image damaged now, would you? *added 12/29

"You wouldn't believe what I went through to get it. I had to pore over message boards so I could get an idea as to when my item left China. Using that minimal info, I called Fedex and fortunately, they were able to narrow down their search in their database. Fedex gave me a tracking number and its status was under clearance delay. That meant local customs was holding it up for inspection and computation of local duties and taxes. The longer it is delayed, the longer it stays in the warehouse, which meant bigger storage fees that will be charged to me." ... "So off I went to the customs at the airport, even if I had a migraine in the runs. I paid something like US$9 to have my item cleared at customs and released from the Fedex warehouse. I wanted to argue with Fedex people since it wasn't my fault that customs held it. But my head was just throbbing with pain and all I wanted was to go home with Opus. The excitement at opening the book was gone. Opening the box felt like a chore. There was just no giddy feeling, excitement, jumping for joy -- thanks to the delay in the delivery and customer non-support from Ticketmaster and Opus. Had these people been very transparent as to the status of our orders, we wouldn't be checking our mails and bugging Fedex people as to where our books are. Thanks to a friend who was so excited for me, a little happiness rushed back but only for a while. And that's how I spent $253 ($225 for Ticketmaster and $28 for shipping) this Christmas. *added 01/2/10 approval granted

I hope this will serve as a warning to those in other countries because local taxes do apply. I was afraid they would charge me a big amount because I didn't know the amount that the shipper declared. By the way, the shipper is not Opus, not Ticketmaster, but the printer from China. Fans from Russia trace your letters and messages concerning the Opus. First of all we wish to thank you for support of admirers of Michael Jackson all over the world! Also, we wish to express our discontent with the Opus company and Ticketmaster.
All of us placed the orders for Ticketmaster till 01.12.2009, and many of us till 01.10.2009. We saved money and refused to ourselves in everything to have this book! It was promised to us at the order that we will receive the complete set (2) gloves, a 3D card and a copy of a banner of a memorial wall. None of us received the Opus till now, though all guaranteed its reception till December, 25th 2009. Those fans who addressed the Opus, Ticketmaster and Andy by e-mail have not received any answer concerning delivery terms. Many countries received some information on carrying over of the terms of delivery in connection with the problems at customs, weather conditions etc., but our inquiries are persistently ignored.
One of us communicated the Opus by phone and as well as much had been gave the answer that all is completed and in the nearest future we can receive the Opus. More exact data has not been given to us, meantime other European countries receive the information on exact date of reception. We cannot remain more in ignorance when we can receive the book!

We hurry to inform you that none of us in Russia received any message from the Opus or Tiсketmaster. We are much worry whether we can receive the Opus at all because in the case of FedEx delivery the goods should not be expensive more then 75 USD otherwise the problem with Russian customs would be. Therefore we wrote many letters to the Opus explaining this fact but we received no answer.
Also, we have informed the Opus on the huge desire to receive the book, instead of the refund.

Thanks for the given letter on change of terms of delivery.
Under the data given in this letter, it was informed that in the beginning of this week you inform me on the departure of OPUS and will give number for tracing Fedex. Unfortunatly till now any information is not received meanwhile many customers receive the book already!
The order has been made on September 23rd as you guaranteed delivery will be made till December 25th, in some cases to 18th, but today already is December 16th and no data about sending!
Please, if you had any problems on delivery or not any data about the addressee, inform the client by this e-mail! Thanks!

2. Dear Andy,

I am turning to you on behalf of Russian customers, who ordered MJ Opus back in August and September.
We kindly ask you to clarify the situation with Official Michael Jackson Delivery dates to Russia.
On the 12th of December most of us who ordered MJ Opus received a letter stating the following:
"For Opus orders placed before December 1:
Rest assured that your Opus will be delivered well before Christmas and, in the majority of cases, by December 18 2009. To help you better track your package, once your order is fulfilled, you will be sent a shipping email and tracking code from Fedex, either later today or early next week.the book is due to arrive before December 18th, 25th at the latest."
Today is December the 22d, we did not receive any futher information about the so-called tracking code from Fedex, let alone a book. More to that, we discovered that the date of delivery is postponed - till January 30, 2010.
Even more to that - some people who ordered Opus AFTER December 1st have already received it. We found out that this happened not only to Russian customers but to the customers from the other countries.
We are really dissapointed by this fact, since making early orders back in September and August ensured Opus company of the demand and funded MJ Opus publishing in a way.

We really do not understand why the delivery date is postponed till the end of January 2010.

Also, and this is important - please, be infromed that Moscow branch office of FedEx DOES not accept deliveries the value of which exceeds 75 USD, since they do not have the custom broker.
That's why we kindly ask you to change the deliverer - for DHL, for example - since there are no problems like described above with DHL, and DHL will accept the delivery and clear the customs if necessary .

Waiting for your earliest reply and hoping for the quick solution of the situation.

All Russian customers have received numbers for tracing but faced a problem of customs registration in Fedex.
As you already wrote Fedex does not accept the goods more than 75 USD in cost because of the absence of the customs broker. This order does not concern customers in St.-Petersburg since in this city there is a customs and they are ready to accept expensive cargoes.
I live in St.-Petersburg and my Opus was sent from Great Britain yesterday on January, 04th, was brought to Paris and after there is a mark of its leaving and that's ALL! For details to find my Opus I called to Moscow Fedex service where I was informed that the Opus will be returned to sender. WHY? Those requirements do not extend to St.-Petersburg. May be its the incompetence of the operator?
We have the Christmas vacation in Rossia now (till January, 11th) and more exact information in our country could't be received. I called to representatives of Fedex in S.t.-Petersburg personally and they are ready to accept all cargoes going to other cities of Russia and also to make all appropriate customs papers BUT the consent from the sender is required for this purpose.

Please, help to solve the question with delivery,

From Jan 6 till Jan 8 it shows these two lines: "Delivery exception - FRANKFURT DE - Business closed - No delivery attempt" and "At local FedEx facility - FRANKFURT DE". There are about 11 lines with info like that. So right now FedEx is displaying it as a critical info. All lines are written in red. I don't quite understand why it stuck in Germany. *added 01/08

Unfortunately I have the same problem as the Ukrainian fan stated :( A courier has brought a telegram today calling me to the customs office (which is situated very far from the city - in the airport). They want me to pay ALOT of money and they don't accept any invoices or webpages where the real cost of Opus stated. I ordered my Opus in August. I was one of first people who ordered it. But they don't want to hear how much I paid, they believe that wrong-filled declaration attached to the package. Now I seriously don't know what to do....  *added 01/12

I was talking to a pretty nice customs representative today. At least the woman was understanding. She said that the whole situation was insane and it was so unfair for people who ordered the book so many months ago. Yes, she knew that this was Michael Jackson Opus book. She called me today and started her conversation with: "Hello! You ordered the book about Michael Jackson." She said there were 16 people from Saint-Petersburg who ordered Opus and they know the mistake with wrong-filled declarations, but Opuses have come through some phase of customs clearance so they can't change anything now. In any case we have to pay that duty. Tomorrow I need to pay the invoice in bank, then it will take 3 days for it to proceed, then they will verify it, then I have to take documents from one place and to bring them to other place (airport). And finally after this they will deliver the book by courier (they don't allow to pick up the book by ourselves). She also offered services by a customs broker, but it takes extra money. One of Russian fans used such broker so he received his Opus already. It's what that woman said to me. *added 01/13

Just wanted to let you know that neither my friend nor I, who both ordered OPUSes back in September, have received them. We live in Stockholm, Sweden. I sent 3 emails to Kraken (none of which were answered) and filed a complaint to FTC. I can see my FedEx tracking number has been updated, but the estimated delivery is 11th of January. I am absolutely outraged at the way the Opus shipped my book.
They put a much higher price in the waybill - 200 pounds, although I purchased it off Ticketmaster website for USD 165 (which is about twice as less considering our local exchange rates).
Now, according to law, I have to pay another USD 150 as customs fees because the free import limit in my country is about USD 300, and according to the exchange rates and the price specified in the waybill my Opus costs USD 450.
This is ridiculous. What the &*%$& is going on, why did not they just put the correct purchase price in the waybill? Even if they placed the price for which they are selling it now (USD 229), I would still receive my book normally without overpaying.
I'm going to write to Andy and claim my money back. I simply don't have another USD 150 to pay customs fees. I have written to him previously but he did not respond to me at all. And to get the Opus back to the seller, the seller has to claim the package back, I cannot even send it back myself, according to local FedEx rules.
I just hate this situation. I wish I have never purchased this book.

I called Ukrainian FedEx again in hope that maybe they would consider my documents proving I haven't paid that much, I told them they could easily get online and check that the Ticketmaster site from which I bought my Opus still has a price much lower than the limit for customs-free import.
Like hell they would.
They told me it's not their problem and I should get it straight with the sender.
Now, what's wrong with the sender, by the way? My waybill specifies the sender is Gary Yandle, Fedex SCS, and NOT Opus.
That means that we're calling Opus in vain because they'll probably divert us back to Fedex and say they are the ones responsible for making those waybills. That would be convenient.
I asked my local Fedex if they can send an inquiry to the sender to claim the package back and give me a refund. They said they tried - but got no response.
It means I'll have to pay the damned USD 150 customs fees to get it. Otherwise I'm losing my USD 193 I have initially paid for it.
I have to think fast because the local FedEx will start charging me for storage of the package starting from the 11th day of its being in the customs zone. There are only 6 days left, and after that I need to make a decision what to do.
The book will be, like, golden to me, if you understand what I mean. *added 01/12

I called Fedex the delivery people and they said they thought they were going out in the new year. 12/23/09:  The UK had additional problems. The boat was four days late arriving from China due to the weather and once again Customs held up one container for four days and one for nine days. Now we are faced with terrible weather conditions in UK with the airport FedEx uses closed for two days. This will make the rest of Europe a little late. We expect Europe to receive their OPUS' by the 28th of December. This date is predicated upon current conditions and is not a guarantee but rather our goal.

now i have read some of these email/comments i am a bit worried as i placed my order and paid for the book over the phone with andy at opus (after he left me a message on my machine) too like others on here so the payment went through but so far i have recieved no confirmation e-maIl or letter that the payment went through at opus (even though i have kept a copy of my bank statement payment) and according to their web pages those who paid and ordered their books in september was supposed to get their copy before christmas but christmas has now gone and so has new year and im still waiting,i have so far sent three e-mails-----two to the london branch of opus and one to the geurnsey office and still no reply from either but i intend to keep on until i finally get a reply or a call back as i want my book afterall i paid for it well in advance,i wouldnt mind if they were polite enough to reply to my email stating that the payment has been recieved and that they are behind with dispatching the books then i would understand but to be completly ignored that is just ignorent and not good customer service at all as usually when anyone pays so a large amount they get some sort of reciept and a thank you for the purchase but opus never even acknowledge the payment after they get the cash you dont hear nothing else from them as i have heard from people(on youtube) that placed their order after my date and they have been lucky enough to have their books now,i only hope in a few days i can put an appology comment on here and say my book has finally arrived but i have serious doubts at the moment especially when im being ignored by phone calls and emails but like i said i want my book so im not going to give up until i recieve it no matter how long i have to wait i only hope others have better luck as well *added 01/05

    I'm from Russia (Saint-Petersburg). Something weird has been going on according FedEx tracking information. From Jan 6 till Jan 8 it shows these two lines:

    "Delivery exception - FRANKFURT DE - Business closed - No delivery attempt" and

    "At local FedEx facility - FRANKFURT DE".

    There are about 11 lines with info like that. So right now FedEx is displaying it as a critical info. All lines are written in red. I don't quite understand why it stuck in Germany.

  11. I had called the OPUS office. They said that I should recieve the FedEx link by 15th of this month and the OPUS by 30th of JAN. They said that they have sorted the deliveries by countries. They also promptly asked me to call them back in case I dont recieve the FedEx link by 15th Jan.

    It's Fiona (Russia, Saint-Peterbsurg). And I'm bearing good news (hopefully). Russian long holidays are over and I called FedEx today. They checked my tracking information and said that it has arrived in Russia already and if everything went right I would receive it by the next day. It should go through customs check tomorrow. If there is no problems it will be send directly to my house. But the woman from FedEx expressed some doubts. She said that the package was too heavy (13 kg) and it was valued in 200 pounds (although I paid much less). Anyway, she said that if it doesn't go customs control I may go there to fill customs declarations the right way and/or pay customs duty for overestimated value. Okay, let's see. I'll keep you updated.

    I haven't heard anything about Brazil *specifically* however I am going to *guess* that based on some neighboring regions, that Brazil is up for delivery this week. Unfortunately I have the same problem as the Ukrainian fan stated :( A courier has brought a telegram today calling me to the customs office (which is situated very far from the city - in the airport). They want me to pay ALOT of money and they don't accept any invoices or webpages where the real cost of Opus stated. I ordered my Opus in August. I was one of first people who ordered it. But they don't want to hear how much I paid, they believe that wrong-filled declaration attached to the package. Now I seriously don't know what to do.... :'(

    I've written e-mails to everyone! Andy, Ticketmaster, Costume Service and they all have the same answer: "you'll be notified when the book is shipped". Well, when will that be?!!!

    I have been working on a delivery solution rto Brazill that allows us to ship in a commercially acceptable way and satisfies customs. This has been a difficult exercise but I will be shipping to you early next week and will provide you with tracking information as soon as I have it.

    I know that Andy is working with either Customs or Fed Ex about the Russia and Ukraine issues. Please be patient. I received a private message from another customer who went ahead and paid the extra fees ($170 for them), and will file to have some reimbursed after Andy gets it fixed, otherwise the price just keeps going up, from the way it's been explained to me.

    HOPEFULLY you/we will hear something back from Andy soon so you all know how to proceed. I just thought I would share that with you, in case that is an option for you.

    I am struggling to understand why the deliveries are SUCH a problem. I still ask the question-- didn't they PLAN this portion of the project? Original deliveries were to have begun 38 days ago, minus 9 days' delay from China or whatever it was...

    That leaves 29 days... or is my math wrong? Does it take 29 days for boats to sail the seas these days?

    Perhaps I'm being too cynical. :-/

    Please keep me posted... and I'll cross fingers and toes in the process.

  42. I was talking to a pretty nice customs representative today. At least the woman was understanding. She said that the whole situation was insane and it was so unfair for people who ordered the book so many months ago. Yes, she knew that this was Michael Jackson Opus book. She called me today and started her conversation with: "Hello! You ordered the book about Michael Jackson." She said there were 16 people from Saint-Petersburg who ordered Opus and they know the mistake with wrong-filled declarations, but Opuses have come through some phase of customs clearance so they can't change anything now. In any case we have to pay that duty. Tomorrow I need to pay the invoice in bank, then it will take 3 days for it to proceed, then they will verify it, then I have to take documents from one place and to bring them to other place (airport). And finally after this they will deliver the book by courier (they don't allow to pick up the book by ourselves). She also offered services by a customs broker, but it takes extra money. One of Russian fans used such broker so he received his Opus already. It's what that woman said to me.

    I would suggest to you, that you write Opus (ha ha I know), but write them and ask for reimbursement of some of the fees because of their errors.

    I will post this as well in another location so it will be communicated back to OMG.

    PLEASE keep me posted. I'm making the issue as loud as I can. I'll try an email myself to Andy to alert him to this.

  44. Cali, thank you so much for your support! In this situation any help from OMG wouldn't work since it's too late to correct mistakes. So yeah, I thought about writing to them and asking for something what could cover extra unexpected expenses. I just want to wait until I have Opus in my hands. Unfortunately I still have to pay some money for each day of storing the package so I don't know the final sum I have to pay yet. I realize that OMG may be not able to refund some part of money, but it would be fair if they could compensate loses and long time waiting with some bonus or something like that. So I'll try to write them nicely explaining our case later. I used to write them before wondering about tracking information, but I received any reply neither from them, nor from Andy. I hope they read their incoming emails after all.

    Could I just say a couple of things. Firstly, the Michael Jackson Opus is gorgeous and all that I'd hoped it would be. Beautifully presented and in perfect condition. Worth the wait and more than worth the money. And secondly a big THANKYOU to you for this terrific site.     Sadly, the only update I have is that all of South America's, according to 2 customers who called OMG in the UK, is deliveries are again delayed. New arrival date is next week.

    I have heard nothing from Andy. *throws hands up in the air and screams*

    I have been making some calls asking what people can do, both in the US and outside the US. I will post those late tomorrow or Saturday morning. Since OMG has ignored many of our complaints (mine personally and I know many many others), it really leaves us no other choice but to look for assistance and help.

    I'm trying my best not to say what's on my mind, or what courses of action can be taken... and I really am saddened all of this has happened. But I'm also trying to stay optimistic.

    So everyone just hold on, take a breath and smile. This will all work out.

  66. I had ordered two Michael Jackson Opus's thru www.krakenopus.com. I haven’t recd either nor has anyone come forward with a remedy. Now here i come to know that the pre-order price was higher then B&N price. These guys should really be taken to task and should be penalized adequately for misleading the fans. I hope the Opus’s include the TWO gloves for handling to prevent it from being soiled, the pull-out centerfold of the Memorial Wall signing, and Opus 3-D Reality Card.

    Anyone knows how to get the www.krakenopus.com people to respond.I am based in India.

    I wish I had better news or even an understanding of WHY so many of you STILL do not have your Opus! This is just beyond bad customer service.

    What else that makes NO SENSE whatsoever, is that OMG has NOT communicated openly with its customers. I know, after reading on the FTC site, that there is a LAW in the US, if there is a delay in shipping, the company MUST notify the customer -- give an expected date of delivery AND give the customer the opportunity to cancel or continue their order.

    CLEARLY THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED IN THIS CASE! I know of 2 US customers who have repeatedly contacted OMG, as well as I have contacted OMG on their behalf, and STILL OPUS WILL NOT COMMUNICATE with them.

    Sorry, had to vent a little.

    I will keep following up.

    I email Andy and opus heaps with no reply at all. Its not only against the law as Cali stated, but its so rude and just not the proper way to treat people/customers.

    I thought when I pre ordered back in September from kraken opus (through ticket master)
    I would get top notch service with them being a top notch company ????
    Not that I had bought anything from them in the past so I didn’t really know. (now I do)
    I wish I had waited until it came out in the shops and bought it from a retailer.

    I have never had such bad service.

    No contact at all its just not heard of in this day and age.

    I am actually preparing an email to send to our New Zealand customers which will be sent tomorrow. New Zealand orders should have been delivered at a similar time to our Australian orders, however I have been informed this week that the shipment of Opuses has been damaged in transit. Without being able to examine the shipment myself I have not been able to commit to delivering any potentially damaged Opuses so I have now arranged an air freight shipment which will arrive in Auckland in the next 3-4 days and be despatched at the start of next week.

    I am truly sorry about this and other delays to the delivery of your Opus, but you will receive it next week and as soon as I have tracking information I will email it to you.

    The latest from Opus UK is that the UK deliveries are scheduled to start tomorrow, Monday, March 15th.

    You should also check your emails (and junk/spam folders) for an email from Opus (andy@krakengroup.com) for your Fed Ex tracking information. However, if you still don't have one as of today-- you should get one tomorrow (from what I've been told.
